Cordia MUN 2025 at LPU Inspired Youth through Diplomacy, Debate, and Dialogue

Jalandhar, October 27, 2025: The Cordia Model United Nations (MUN) 2024–25, organized at Lovely Professional University (LPU) and powered by Social House Learning. The two-day event brought together bright young delegates from schools and institutions across the country, redefining leadership through intensive debate, diplomacy, and global dialogue.

The event witnessed participation from students across schools and institutions nationwide, as they stepped into the roles of global leaders to negotiate, collaborate, and lead with purpose. The conference featured seven dynamic committees including UNGA, UNHRC, UNCSW, Lok Sabha, Influencer Summit, IPL Auction House, and International Press, each addressing significant global and national issues. From AI in military applications and women’s empowerment to One Nation, One Election, and every discussion echoed the voice of youth-driven ideas shaping the future of governance and global cooperation.

Adding a unique dimension of inspiration, the renowned comedian and actor Chandan Prabhakar graced the campus for the special Youth Talk session, delivering endless smiles and heartfelt reflections on his journey. In a session Chandan Prabhakar’s charm and warmth lit up the entire auditorium, where the audience cheered, laughed, and learned together, celebrating the power of humor, hard work, and human connection, and providing an unforgettable, inspiring break from the rigorous diplomatic proceedings.

Dr. Col. Rashmi Mittal, Pro-Chancellor of LPU, lauded the participants for their meticulous preparation and spirited engagement. Dr. Mittal emphasized the crucial role such platforms play in honing the diplomatic and leadership skills of young minds, preparing them to tackle real-world challenges with informed perspectives and collaborative spirit.

LPU consistently served as a dynamic meeting ground where bright minds converge to tackle complex global challenges and hone essential skills.
