The session aimed to motivate and guide the young NCC cadets about the various avenues available in the Indian Armed Forces — both as Commissioned Officers and through Agniveer and other non-commissioned ranks. Colonel Joshi highlighted the pride, discipline, and sense of service that define a career in uniform, encouraging cadets to pursue the path with determination and integrity.
The lecture was attended by over 500 NCC cadets participating in the ongoing camp, which also serves as a preparatory training for the prestigious Republic Day Camp (RDC) to be held in New Delhi. Colonel S.P. Singh and several other senior Army officials were also present on the occasion.
The session was marked by enthusiastic participation from cadets, who asked insightful questions about selection procedures, eligibility, and life in the armed forces. Colonel Joshi patiently answered each query, sharing his personal experiences from his distinguished service career to motivate the young minds. The lecture concluded with a resounding applause, as cadets expressed renewed enthusiasm and commitment towards serving the nation.
