Chandigarh, January 11, 2013: The Punjab Government has issued strict orders to its all officers/employees not to leave station without getting prior permission from their respective controlling authorities.
According to an official spokesman, it has come to the notice of Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal that majority of officers especially deployed in the field leave their stations in the evening without any prior intimation.
He said that the Chief Minister has directed all department heads to ensure that no officer/employee would leave his/her station without getting prior permission from their respective controlling authorities. The spokesman said that Department Heads would be fully responsible to implement these orders in true spirit.
