Clarification

New Delhi, April 7, 2014: Some recent media reports have given an impression that CBI has not shared the documents pertaining to the case related to alleged corruption in Agusta West land Helicopter Case, as requested by the prosecution lawyers of Italy.
CBI wishes to clarify that no documents specifically mentioned by the Italian prosecution lawyer has been withheld or declined to be provided, says a release issued by CBI.  The documents have been provided expeditiously through proper channel by CBI in consultation with the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The perceived non-cooperation of CBI is totally incorrect and far from truth.
