Ludhiana, January 29, 2026: The Women Entrepreneurs Forum (WEF) of the Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) recently organised a mindfulness workshop on Match Journaling and Meditation for its members, aimed at promoting mental calmness and self-reflection amidst busy professional schedules.
The workshop was conducted by Sahanu Jain and Harsimran Kaur from Vayu Studio, who introduced participants to the concept of match journaling—an introspective practice that blends journaling with meditation to help align thoughts, emotions, and actions. The session focused on practical techniques of “match making” in different ways, encouraging participants to pause, reflect, and bring clarity to their daily lives.
Members actively participated in guided exercises and meditation practices designed to calm the mind, reduce stress, and enhance self-awareness. The session was appreciated for its simplicity, relevance, and ease of application in everyday routines.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajni Sethi, Convenor, CICU WEF, said, “In today’s fast-paced environment, taking a pause has become a necessity rather than a luxury.
