Ludhiana, July 24, 2023: In the last session of Growthrator 4.0, S.Upkar Singh Ahuja, President-CICU gave a presentation on the Role of a CEO to create enthusiasm in young entrepreneurs to achieve their goals and uplift their business to new heights.

Upkar Singh Ahuja, President-CICU addressed all the participants and mentioned that there are numerous challenges to running a smooth business and he gave some key initiatives to the entrepreneurs to implement in their industry to get outstanding performance. He also described the difference between traditional management & modern management, which will also help them to be more professional in their work.

He also shared that in the current scenario, the game has been totally changed with the technologies like sales & marketing mostly done on the internet and most of the industry also adopted low-cost automation. He suggested to use technology in their business.

During a talk session, he explained why CEO usually fails due to Bad execution, not getting things done with no results, poor and delayed decision-making, not delivering on commitment, the confuse about confronting realities in markets, and fear to hire intelligent people, these problems entrepreneurs should avoid in business.

J.S Bhogal, organising Secretary, CICU shared about the importance of compliance in the industry. In today's business world, compliance helps companies to avoid legal issues, maintain their reputation, retain employees, improve company culture, and increase productivity, because compliance is the set of processes and organization uses to ensure that employees and the organization as a whole abide by internal rules of conduct and external rules and regulations.
