CICU organized A Special interactive session on "How to become a smart SME" for Micro & Small Industries

Ludhiana: Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU), Ludhiana organized a special interactive session on “How to become a smart SME" for Micro & Small Industries at Shimlapuri, Celebration Plaza.
Upkar Singh Ahuja, C.M.D, New Swan Group of Companies & President CICU as key speaker shared his business experience with the industrialists of the Shimla Puri. In his presentation said that SMEs can grow by using small tips like better technology, better management, Efficiency, Some useful Apps etc., it will definitely grow your business and Profitability. He also said that, now CICU Manipulate with Shimla Puri industries by organizing awareness session, training programs, HR Management, etc.
Tejwinder Singh, C.M.D, Big Ben Group of Companies as key speaker said that industrialist should be passionate for their work. He also said that the competency training is playing very important role for achieve their Goals.
Rahul Ahuja, Director, “Rajnish Group of Industries” as key speaker, in his presentation emphasized that business man should use discipline in his work by Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). It will helps to decrease the chance of defectiveness.
S.B Singh, CEO- Taaran Industries as key Speaker in this presentation said that the competitive environment, it is becoming increasingly difficult for Micro & Small Industries to grow and they have lack of knowledge of products, which they are being manufacturing, technology etc. He further said that industrialists should take necessary steps by taking new development of the products, low wastage, management etc.
Jassi Bhogal, Vice President- Farmparts Company as key speaker shared his thoughts on operational excellence & order fulfillment process and advance mythology & system of Manufacturing. He said that the team works is the main pinpoint for become a successful businessman.
