Chandigarh, August 12, 2025: The Business and Economics Club of the University Institute of Legal Studies (UILS), Panjab University, organised an interactive session with alumna Ms. Arshdeep Kaur, founder of Ovenclock, to inspire entrepreneurial thinking among law students.
Themed “From Vision to Venture: A Journey from Memos to Macarons,” the session featured candid insights from Ms. Kaur on building a business from the ground up. Students engaged actively, posing numerous questions, which the speaker answered with expertise and patience.
Prof. Rajinder Kaur, Dean, Faculty of Laws, graced the event as Chief Guest, commending the club’s efforts to promote creativity and business acumen among law students.
The event was coordinated by Dr. Meenu Saihjpal, Dr. Abha Sethi, and Dr. Kanwaljit Kaur, and marked another step in UILS’s initiative to connect students with successful alumni role models.
