Chandigarh: Dr.  Vinod Sharma, Writer, Publisher and Poet presented his book on Poems titled ‘Badhte Kadam’ to Prof. Raj Kumar, Vice Chancellor, Panjab University, Chandigarh in a special meeting today in VC Office in the presence of Mrs. Renuka B. Salwan, Director, Public Relations and Writer Sh. Prem Vij.
