Army Public School Jalandhar Cantt celebrates Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav

Jalandhar Cantt, August 13, 2022: Army Public School, Jalandhar Cantt celebrated Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav by organising Tiranga rangoli and painting, patriotic quiz and Tiranga band display by children of Army Public School in a three days event. Large number of children participated with enthusiasm.  It infused patriotic and motivational feeling among children. Har Ghar Tiranga March was also oganised at Jalandhar Cantt by school children of various schools including Army Public School. 
 
Army Public School Jalandhar Cantt honoured to address an important partnership forum 'Hubs of Learning’ - an initiative launched by CBSE to transform education. Seven schools including Army Public School, Jalandhar Cantt participated in ‘Patriotic Quiz  Competition’ under 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ planned by Government of India to pay homage to India's freedom movement and freedom fighters and to instill a feeling of patriotism and pride in children. Where Army Public School, Jalandhar Cantt was the mentor school, IVY World School, Jalandhar, S C International School, Pattarkalan, St Manu's Convent School, Shahkot, Darshan Academy, Kot Sadiq, S B N S J Public School, Kartarpur and Innocent Hearts School, Cantt Jandiala Road, Diwali were the menti schools. Three students from each school participated.
 
The questions put forth to the teams were captivating, exciting and made the audience applaud excitedly when the teams answered correctly. The competition was very tough but in the end the most exciting and thrilling battle was won by IVY World School, Jalandhar.
 
The event witnessed enthusiastic preparation and participation of students. The aim of Hubs of Leaning – ‘to create an environment of collaboration for learning guided by 21st Century Skills' was fulfilled. It was very informative and knowledge enriching competition for the participants along with the audience.
