Amritsar, November 8, 2015: Inter-Zonal Final Youth Festival of Guru Nanak Dev University was concluded here on Saturday in the Dasmesh Auditorium. The festival concluded with the event of Gidha. The results of the festival as follows:

Dr. Om Gauri Dutt Sharma, D.D.G., Doodarshan Kender, Jalandhar, presided over the valedictory function. While congratulating the winners he said that there is dire need to understand our culture and traditional values, so that student could built good character and contribute in the progress of the nation. He said that these youth festivals always inculcate sense of competitions, discipline and friendship among youth. He said that the student artists who did not achieved their goal of winning should work more hard to excel next time. He congratulated Dr. Jagjit Kaur, Director Youth Welfare for successfully organizing this youth festival. Dr. Sharma and Dr. Jagjit Kaur honoured the winners with trophies. Dr. Jagjit Kaur also honoured Chief Guest with mementos.
