Ludhiana, March 13, 2015: The Kamagatamaru Centenary Celebrations Committee will organise the anniversary function of Gadri Baba Gurmukh Singh at his native village Lalton Khurd on March 15 from 10 am to 1 pm. It is worth mentioning here that the committee waged a long drawn struggle for the arrest of culprits who disfigured the statue of Gadri Baba Gurmukh Singh. It was after more than six months of struggle that the culprits were finally arrested.
Com Gurnam Singh Sidhu – Assistant Secretary CPI Ludhiana informed that they will participate in large number in this event. Several trade unions, farmers’ organisations, Khet Mazdoor Sabha and other associations have decided to join.
