'Adhik Maas Shivratri': Purushottam Das Rungta Charitable Trust Organizes Community Kitchen
On the auspicious occasion of 'Adhik Maas Shivratri', the Purushottam Das Rungta Charitable Trust organized a Community Kitchen -'Ann Bhandara', at Phase-1, Industrial Area, Panchkula. A large number of devotees and needy people partook of the blessed meal and received spiritual merit on the occasion.

Panchkula, June 13, 2026: On the auspicious occasion of 'Adhik Maas Shivratri', the Purushottam Das Rungta Charitable Trust organized a Community Kitchen -'Ann Bhandara', at Phase-1, Industrial Area, Panchkula. A large number of devotees and needy people partook of the blessed meal and received spiritual merit on the occasion.
Amitabh Rungta, said that 'Adhik Maas Shivratri' holds special religious and spiritual importance. He further stated that charitable activities, particularly food donation and community service, are considered highly meritorious on this holy occasion. Rungta said that organising an 'Ann Bhandara' is one of the noblest forms of humanitarian service, and the Trust remains committed to serving society with this spirit.
He also appealed to people from all sections of society to hold community kitchens and free food distribution programmes.
During the 'Ann Bhandara', members and volunteers of the Trust contributed enthusiastically and wholeheartedly to the service activities, ensuring the Bhandara's successful conduct.
