Chandigarh, October 11, 2013: Government of India has promoted 12 PCS officers of Punjab as IAS officers and in this connection a notification has been issued.
A Spokesman of the Punjab government said seven officers have been promoted as IAS for the 2011 posts, these officers are namely Sukhwinder Singh, Gurdev Singh, Malwinder Singh Jaggi, Parminder Singh Gill, Manpreet Singh, Jaskiran Singh and Dilraj Singh.
Spokesman added that for the 2012 posts Manjit Singh Brar, Kanwalpreet Brar, Tejinderpal Singh Dhaliwal, Devinderpal Singh Kharbanda and Bhupinder Singh-2 have been promoted as IAS officers.
