Barnala, September 20, 2022: 108 ambulance services organized an Employee Welfare Awareness Program .  The program was organized in the presence of Project Head 108 Ambulance, HR Head, Rohit Katri, and Operations Head Guramandeep Singh.

Employees were apprised and reiterated about the Benefits and Perks schemes available for them, like insurance plans for them and their families, and  support extended to them in case of any emergency. They were also given training on soft skills management, about how to conduct themselves at work place, communicate with others and most importantly how to manage time effectively, all of which will help them enhance their personality and foster learning new skills. Around 17 crew members attended this activity.

Adding on to it, each respective employees’ birthday will be celebrated with great zeal and a cake cutting ceremony each corresponding month.  At the end of the program, a question and answer session was conducted, where doubts of the employees were cleared.

Commenting on the initiative, Manish Batra , Project Head, 108 Ambulance said, “Employees are a valuable  part of any organization, and safety and well being of our employees is our responsibility. In regards to that, we organized an Employee Well Being Program, to apprise them about the Benefit Plans available to them and  provide them with all sorts of support whenever required. We are doing our every bit to support them and in future too we will continue to organize more such programs and add on new schemes for our employees’ welfare.”

Also being responsible citizens of the country, we must give way to an ambulance , as they play pivotal role in the golden hour . Every second counts in a medical emergency, it may mean the difference between life and death.
