Jalandhar, September 3, 2026: Ivy World School, Jalandhar, under the aegis of Vasal Education, celebrated the auspicious festival of Janmashtami with immense enthusiasm, joy, and festive fervour. The festive spirit of Krishna Janmashtami filled the campus of Ivy World School, Jalandhar, as students came together to celebrate the occasion through a vibrant blend of creativity, traditional crafts, music, and dance.
The celebration provided the young learners with an engaging opportunity to explore the stories, traditions, and cultural significance associated with Lord Krishna. The students participated enthusiastically in a variety of creative activities, including Krishna crown crafting, flute decoration, colourful Matki making and decoration, bookmark making, Krishna idol crafting , and festive swing decoration.
The children created Govardhan Parvat through clay modelling, giving them an enjoyable hands-on experience while connecting with an important episode from Krishna’s life. These activities encouraged imagination, artistic expression, and an appreciation for India’s rich cultural heritage.
The celebrations came alive with joyful dance performances, as the students expressed their enthusiasm through music and movement. The colourful crafts and cheerful participation created a lively and festive ambience across the school.
