Mohali, March 10, 2024: The world's first and only under-construction Maat-Pita Temple at Khallaur village on Banur-Ambala road in Mohali district is expected to be completed by 2026. Till now half of the temple construction work has been completed.

Speaking to the media at the under-construction temple on Sunday, Gochar Das Gyan Chand Walia, founder of Maat-Pita Godham Mahatirtha, said that this is the only first temple in the world where no idol has been installed. The reason why no idol is installed in the temple is that after reaching this temple, we remember our parents like God and worship them.

Amarjeet Bansal, Surnesh Singla, Deepak Mittal, Kapil Verma, Sandeep and other members were also present on this occasion.

Walia further said that the temple will be the first and only temple in the world in which there will be no idol of any god.

Walia said, “You should bring your parents to this temple and worship them. If your parents are not in this world, then remember them in their memory and seek their blessings. The basic objective behind this is that old age homes and old age homes should be closed all over the world,”

All the children should stay at their parents' house. If the children stay out of the house due to their job or work, then take regular care of them, respect them, give them love, give them some time, if not by meeting them then by regular contact on phone, said Walia.

He said that it is not possible to keep human life healthy and prosperous without parents and without mother cow. The basis of human life is the parents and the nourishing mother cow.

“In the past, the main reason for the entire human race to remain healthy and happy was the protection of mother cow and parents. Because earlier, due to the number of cows being much more than the human population, we used to live a healthy life only by consuming food produced from cow-based land,”

Nowadays, most of the young generation is deprived of the blessings of parents and mother cow and is forced to live a life full of mental stress and injustice. The sole objective of Maat-Pita Godham is to spread the feeling of respect for parents and love for mother cow to the people, maintained Walia.

Meanwhile, Maat-Pita Poojan Diwas will be celebrated in the temple on April 10 where Pushpendra Kulshrestha will be the chief guest.
