Chandigarh, December 5, 2021: Maha Sammelan of Astrology was attended by more than 250 renowned astrologers/Vastu experts from all over India on Sunday at Hotel Sunbeam .
Astrology is not only a part of the ancient history of our country, but it is our precious knowledge. This is the ancient science of India, it should be saved by  Research  that too continuously and try to refine it more. Rajneesh Sood said that he has been interested in this science since childhood. There is also an atmosphere of tension in the country at this time and  this conference will help in creating a positive atmosphere and a solution will be found.
Babita said that astrology has been a part of our education system from the very beginning. Astrology is also related to the progress of science. Astrology was also a major reason for the progress of science in India. For astrological calculations, scientists like Varahamihira, Brahmagupta etc. studied the motion of the planets. In ancient times the role of astrology was that of a guide in the state. Who gave advice to the king from time to time. Today it is coming out in a new form. New technology has been added to it.
The nine gems were of the opinion that   now the scope of astrology is also increasing. People are taking the advice of astrology to guide their child's career or to solve the problem. The importance of Vastu science has increased so much that on the advice of Vastu experts, they build houses or make necessary changes in them. Experts urged that when a person goes through a period of mental stress, only then he goes to astrology, when someone comes to him, then give him strength. Astrolgers can play the role of a astrologer, counselor in a way that relieves mental stress, as well as provides the right advice. During the time of our former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Bajpayee, great work was done in the field of promotion of astrology.
Sood said that astrology is the medium of study of the universe. We can also say that astrology started with the beginning of the universe. It has always been a part of Veda Vedanga. It continued to develop till the 17th century, but these achievements of ours could not progress due to the pressure of the Britishers during the British rule. Shri Joshi said that Sanskrit is our script, we must study it, because only through its knowledge we will be able to acquire this ancient knowledge. He said that the scholars of that time had also given information about Kaliyuga after thousands of years through calculations.
We should accept the knowledge that is happening elsewhere in the world. Computer and other technology should also be made part of the study. He called upon the astrologers to have confidence in themselves that whatever they are saying is true, stick to it. Do more research on this science and also study the effect of meteors, comets etc. Emphasis was also placed on advancing women in the field of astrology.
In the program, he was awarded the Best Astrologer of the Year 2021. Along with this, astrologers from other parts of the country including astrologers from all over the country were honored.
