Vivekananda World School wins 3rd International Award in just 17 months since its inception

Ferozepur, August 25, 2019: Vivekananda World School has been honoured with an International Education Icon Award -2019 at the Taj Vivanta Hotel, in New Delhi, last evening.

Only 200 schools out of 10,000 schools from seven different countries were honoured.

The Chairman of the school, Gaurav Sagar Bhaskar, represented the school and received the award conferred by Daniel Chuburu, Ambassador of Argentina Republic.
The dignities who graced the occasion were Avelo Roy(M.D.Kolkata Ventures Entrepreneurship Education Expert),Dr.H.K.Sardana(Chief Scientist CSIO), Amal Mohammed Said(Education Attaché embassy of the Federal Republic of Somalia),Aaron Namah Simtim(First Secretary Ghana High Commission).

The key note speakers on the occasion were Nancy Juneja(Founder at Recipient Success Coach & Leadership Mentor),Jiya Phutela(Google Girl of India),Maria Lopez(International al Education Expert),Vivekananda Prasad(Founder Techprolabz School of Robotics), Munish Kindaki(Founder and CEO at Hover Robotix) and Dr.Mala Sen Gupta(Associate Director, Asian College of Teachers).

On this achievement, the director of the school, Dr. S.N. Rudra, said that its only because of sincere team effort of management, staff and students as well as their parents, VWS touched the pinnacle of glory wihin 17 months of its inception.

“We give emphasis on the over all development of students instead prepare them as mere book-worms,” said Rudra.

Dr.Rudra promised that in the future too VWS will continue to provide services in the field of education with the same spirit.

It is also worth mentioning here that in a short span of just 17 months,

VWS has achieved the glorious feats, including the award for the Best Day Boarding School in Dubai in December 2018, and Outstanding Leadership Award, Best Director Award, Best Young Achiever's Award in May 2019 and now the International Education Icon Award in August 2019.
