VC Dr Amit Arya launches Book on AI-Powered Cybersecurity in Cryptocurrency
Dada Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts (DLC SUPVA), Rohtak, witnessed a significant academic milestone today with the launch of the book titled “Cybersecurity in the Cryptocurrency Era: AI-Based Threat Detection and Prevention”, authored by Muskan Garg, a Ph.D. scholar in Computer Science. Vice Chancellor Dr Amit Arya inaugurated the book in the presence of senior officials.

Rohtak, July 9, 2025: Dada Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts (DLC SUPVA), Rohtak, witnessed a significant academic milestone today with the launch of the book titled “Cybersecurity in the Cryptocurrency Era: AI-Based Threat Detection and Prevention”, authored by Muskan Garg, a Ph.D. scholar in Computer Science. Vice Chancellor Dr Amit Arya inaugurated the book in the presence of senior officials.
The book provides a comprehensive exploration of how artificial intelligence is reshaping cybersecurity frameworks, particularly in the volatile and rapidly evolving domain of cryptocurrency. Structured across four thematic sections, it delves into AI-powered intrusion detection, threat prevention strategies, blockchain security, decentralized identity management, and emerging technologies such as quantum computing—all contextualized within the crypto-financial ecosystem.
Authored by Muskan Garg, the book reflects years of scholarly research and industry observation. Muskan is pursuing the Ph.D. programme under the supervision of Dr. Sima, Associate Professor in Computer Science. She is currently conducting advanced research in machine learning applications for cybersecurity.
VC Dr Amit Arya commended the academic depth and relevance of the book. “This work stands at the intersection of innovation and urgency. As digital currencies grow in influence, safeguarding virtual assets becomes a national and global imperative. Muskan’s contribution is timely, deeply researched, and rooted in real-world applicability. We are proud to have such bright scholarship in DLC SUPVA. It also served as a moment of inspiration for budding researchers at the university,” he said.
Dr. Sima, under whose mentorship the work has taken shape, remarked that The research ecosystem at DLC SUPVA is rooted in academic rigor and interdisciplinary collaboration. We encourage scholars to explore the intersections of technology, design, and society.
The book launch event was graced by Registrar Dr. Gunjan Malik and Director PR Dr. Benul Tomar.
Notably DLC SUPVA offers a wide range of academic programs across undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate/diploma, and doctoral levels in the fields of Film & TV, Design, Visual Arts and Architecture. Admissions for the academic session 2025-26 are open until July 11, 2025.
