Valedictory Function of CSDE Skill Enhancement Course on HR Analytics 

Chandigarh, January 22, 2024: Under the aegis of the Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE), Panjab University, the Valedictory Function of the eleven-day Skill Enhancement Course (SEC) on Human Resources Analytics was held at University Business School on 20th January. 

CSDE specially curated the SEC to meet the skilling needs of MBAHR students to the transformative potential of data-driven HR practices. During the course, mentoring sessions were held by professionals like Kunal Nandwani (co-founder at uTrade Solutions) and Ankit Bansal (Co-Founder at unHR). 

The Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker of the function, Kalpesh Banker, founder and CEO of EduShine, who is also an alumnus of UBS (MBAHR Batch 2004-2006), lauded Panjab University for their skilling initiative. He emphasized that applying considerable data mining and business analytics techniques to human resources data transforms businesses. HR analytics can help businesses make more intelligent decisions in hiring, retention, attrition and future casting.
