UNSUNG HEROES SERVING VOICELESS CREATURES LIKE DOGS IN CITY BEAUTIFUL

Chandigarh: During the lockdown, when everyone is sitting inside their houses, but still there are some unsung heroes, who are serving the voiceless creatures like dogs etc in our city beautiful. 
 
One such group of volunteers is from Panjab University, Chandigarh where five personnel from the Panjab University security services are dedicatedly feeding the stray animals especially dogs on everyday basis. 
 
The group of volunteers including Gurpyaar Singh, Mandeep Singh, Husan Laĺ, Harish and Manjeet Singh etc. These people were provided with milk and dog feed  on every day basis. Dr Manjushri Sharma, Assistant professor at UIAMS, Panjab University is sponsoring the whole Amount for this noble campaign.  

Gaurav Gaur, Assistant Professor, Centre for Social work thanked Dr Manjushri Sharma for sponsoring the whole campaign and Prof Ashwini Koul, Chief of University staff and Vikram Choudhary, Incharge, Security staff for his unconditional support and cooperation in this noble cause.
