UIET’s BOTMOS Team Triumphs at APRATIM 2025
The robotics team BOTMOS from UIET Chandigarh achieved outstanding success at APRATIM 2025, the annual technical fest organized by Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology (CCET). Competing against several other institutes and skilled participants from across the region, BOTMOS proved its technical brilliance and innovative edge by securing multiple top positions across various events.

Chandigarh, November 5, 2025: The robotics team BOTMOS from UIET Chandigarh achieved outstanding success at APRATIM 2025, the annual technical fest organized by Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology (CCET). Competing against several other institutes and skilled participants from across the region, BOTMOS proved its technical brilliance and innovative edge by securing multiple top positions across various events.
The team bagged 1st and 3rd prizes in RC Racing and Robosoccer, showcasing superior engineering, design, and control precision. They also claimed 1st place in the Line Follower Robot (LFR) event and secured 2nd and 3rd positions in the Catapult Challenge, reflecting their creativity and versatility in robotics design.
The victory was made possible by the dedication of team Shreyvardhan, Sudhanshu, Shouryavardhan, Divyansh, Vansh, Jas, Amanpreet Kaur, Bhoomi, Saihaj, Manas, Piyush, and Shreya under the mentorship of Prof. Shankar Sehgal. Prof. Sukhwinder Singh, Director UIET has applauded the sincere efforts by UIET students Team BOTMOS in making this achievement proud.
