UIAMS Conducts Counseling for BBA–MBA (Sectoral) Five-Year Integrated Programme

Chandigarh July 15, 2026: University Institute of Applied Management Sciences (UIAMS), Panjab University, conducted the first round of counseling for admissions to its prestigious BBA-MBA (Sectoral) Five-Year Integrated Programme for the academic session 2026–27 on Tuesday. The programme witnessed an overwhelming response from aspiring students across the country, with 957 candidates registering and depositing the admission fee, reflecting the growing popularity and reputation of the integrated management programme offered by UIAMS.
The first counseling was conducted for 28 General Category seats, and admissions were completed up to Merit Rank 53, with the last admitted candidate securing a merit score of 96.12, indicating the highly competitive nature of the admission process.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Anupreet Kaur Mavi, Director, UIAMS, said, "The exceptional response to the BBA- MBA (Sectoral) Five-Year Integrated Programme reflects the confidence that students and parents have in UIAMS and Panjab University. Prof. Mavi emphasized that receiving 957 fee-paid registrations for the programme which has only 53 seats with 10 more additional seats is a significant achievement and demonstrates the increasing demand for quality management education at the undergraduate level.
