Ludhiana, September 14, 2022: A two days hands on workshop on ‘Clinical Sports Dry Needling’ concluded today at DMCH.
The workshop focused on emerging techniques of Dry Needling and several delegates from the North region attended the workshop enthusiastically and got themselves upgraded adding a new feather in their cap. Dry Needling is used for myofascial pain with the presence of trigger points. Clinical Dry Needling is beneficial for management of strains, osteoarthritis, tendinopathies and several other musculoskeletal conditions.

Dr Mayank Pushkar PT who is an internationally acclaimed certified instructor enlightened the audience with his expertise.
Under the able guidance of Sh. Prem Kumar Gupta Secretary DMCH Managing Society DMCH, the Department of Physiotherapy determined to achieve new heights in terms of best patient care.

Dr Shweta Mahajan PT, In-charge Physiotherapy presented the delegates with certificates and transcripts along with introducing a recently added promising treatment option for Dysphasia- Vitastim Therapy which is one of its kind in Punjab.
Concluding the workshop, Dr Priyanka Adya senior Physiotherapist   extended vote of thanks to the resource person and all the delegates. It was indeed an enriching experience for the audience enhancing their knowledge, said Dr Adya.
