Rohtak, August 25, 2026: Training kits were distributed to students enrolled in the Junior Technician (Smart Energy Meter) course at Lal Nath Hindu College under the Career Guidance and Placement Cell’s initiative, supported by Power Grid Corporation of India Limited’s CSR programme.

The national-level certificate course offers an NSQF Level-4 recognised certificate to successful candidates. It is aimed at enhancing employability in the smart energy metering and electrical sectors, with opportunities in reputed companies. The training is completely free, and students are also being provided a stipend of Rs 200 per day.

Principal Dr Anil Kumar Taneja, who presided over the programme, urged the students to make the most of the training, sharpen their skills and build a successful career.
