Rohtak, April 10, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta directed all officers to ensure time-bound disposal of pending and reopened complaints from Samadhan Camps at their respective levels, emphasizing accountability and prompt grievance redressal.

Chairing a review meeting at the Mini Secretariat, he instructed officers to regularly monitor all grievance portals and initiate action immediately upon receipt of complaints, ensuring their resolution within stipulated timelines.

During the review of complaints under the Haryana Samadhan Cell, the Deputy Commissioner noted that regular virtual reviews are conducted every Friday to assess progress. He emphasized that citizen satisfaction must remain the priority, citing cases where compensation has been provided and grievances resolved successfully.

He directed that all pending and reopened complaints from 2024 and 2025 be cleared on priority. Officers were also instructed to regularly review complaints received on platforms such as CM Window, SMGT, Samadhan Camps, Jansamvad, CPGRAMS, and PG Portal, and ensure their timely resolution.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Narendra Kumar informed that complete details of pending and reopened complaints are being shared through official WhatsApp groups, enabling departments to act promptly. He emphasized that officers must take proactive responsibility for resolving such cases at their level.

The Deputy Commissioner reiterated that effective monitoring, timely action, and citizen-centric approach are essential for strengthening public service delivery and trust in governance.

The meeting was attended by City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, DSP Rakesh Kumar, GM Transport Naveen Kumar, Deputy Director Agriculture Dr. Surender Malik, DEO Manjeet Malik, DEEO Diljeet Singh, Executive Engineer Anshul Kadyan, Public Health Engineer Sanjeev Kumar, DETC GST Amita, ZSWO Wing Commander Gaurika Suhag, LDM Mahabir Prasad, DWO Renu Sisodia, Naib Tehsildar Deepak, ATP Vaishali, and other officials.
