Jalandhar, June 10, 2023: Teachers training was organised by DIPS School Surranussi for the development of teachers in the field of teaching.
Principal Renuka Guleria gave detailed information to the teachers about effective blackboard writing, Quality Assessment and Assurance Framework and strengthening mental health through various video sessions. Giving information about effective writing, she said that the most important thing is good handwriting, symmetry, class size, number of students, etc. should be taken care of. The most important thing in this process is to encourage children to write and take full care of the needs of students with disabilities in the inclusive classroom.
Informing the teachers about SQAA, she said that in the new National Education Policy, under the School Quality Assurance and Evaluation Scheme in CBSE schools, different areas such as curriculum, evaluation, human resource and management standards have been prepared and implemented by understanding every teacher. To prepare a pedagogical plan for Teachers were sensitized and given practical knowledge on various aspects for the emotional and mental development of the students.
