Jalandhar, May 6, 2026: Ivy World Play School organized a vibrant and meaningful event, “Express Yourself through Sustainable Glamour – Threads of Change,” a modelling competition for students, celebrating the theme of Sustainability with great enthusiasm and awareness. The event beautifully combined learning with creativity, making it both an engaging competition and a valuable educational experience.
The competition aimed to instill values of environmental responsibility, creativity, and confidence among young learners. Students participated with great zeal, showcasing innovative and eco-friendly costumes inspired by themes such as Save Nature, Save Water, Say No to Plastic, and Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Many participants creatively used recycled materials like newspapers, paper bags, and other reusable items, effectively highlighting the importance of sustainable living.
Adding to the charm of the event, participants confidently walked the ramp and expressed their thoughts through short, meaningful messages, spreading awareness about protecting the environment in a simple yet impactful way.
The event served as a perfect platform for students to express themselves while learning the significance of caring for the planet. It concluded on an inspiring and cheerful note, leaving everyone with a deeper understanding of sustainability and a shared sense of responsibility towards building a greener future.
The programme was conducted under the guidance of the school management, Chairman Sanjeev Kumar Vasal, Vice President Ena Vasal, CEO Raghav Vasal, Director Aditi Vasal, Director/Principal Sanjeev Chauhan, and Headmistress Shefali Sharma.
