The Handball Team Men and Women of DAVIET Bag Gold at IKG Inter College Handball Tournament

Jalandhar, February 20, 2023: DAVIET’s men’s and women’s handball teams have emerged victorious in the IKGPTU Inter College Handball Tournament, held recently at BGIET Sangrur. The teams secured the gold medal by defeating the men and women teams of GNE Ludhiana.

The men’s team comprised Rahul Sandhu, Manvir Singh, Ekansh Mahajan, Harkirat Singh, Rupal Sharma, Pushpinder, Sidharth Palsra, Sidharth, Ajay, Harry, Raman, Abhishek, Aryan, Sahil, and Honey Mehta. The women’s team comprised Yashika, Aastha, Ruby, Priyanka, Twinkle, Tanisha, Mansi, Anshita, and Anamika.

The victory is a testament to the players’ hard work, dedication, and perseverance, who have tirelessly trained and prepared themselves for this competition. Their exceptional performance on the field has brought glory to their institution and has made their teachers, parents, and fellow students proud.
