Taiwan Delegation Visited CICU to Explore Collaboration and Future Tie-Ups
A high-level delegation from Taiwan External Trade Development council visited the Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) to explore deeper collaboration and potential tie-ups with the region’s industrial ecosystem. The delegation included Vincent Lin, Director, and Puneet Dureja, Trade Promotion Specialist. During their visit, the delegation shared insights about Taiwan's ongoing industrial activities, upcoming expos, and opportunities for global partnerships.

Ludhiana, June 25, 2025: A high-level delegation from Taiwan External Trade Development council visited the Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) to explore deeper collaboration and potential tie-ups with the region’s industrial ecosystem. The delegation included Vincent Lin, Director, and Puneet Dureja, Trade Promotion Specialist. During their visit, the delegation shared insights about Taiwan's ongoing industrial activities, upcoming expos, and opportunities for global partnerships.
The CICU team, led by President Upkar Singh Ahuja and General Secretary Honey Sethi, welcomed the guests and took them on an insightful tour of the CICU Technology Centre. The delegation was particularly impressed with the Reverse Engineering Lab and the AWaDH CPS (Cyber Physical Systems) Lab, which represent the organization’s focus on innovation and advanced manufacturing.
Expressing strong interest in Taiwan’s industrial initiatives, CICU leadership conveyed their intent to strengthen mutual ties through the establishment of a Centre of Excellence. This initiative will pave the way for joint projects, technology sharing, and enhanced business cooperation between Taiwan and Indian industry stakeholders.
The visit marked a significant step forward in building international networks and promoting industrial growth through global collaboration.
