According to the CCTV footage, the unidentified person initially appeared to be hiding in an adjacent lane before being called by one of the mohalla residents wearing red color dress (see the photographs). The footage allegedly shows the neighbour using hand gestures to signal the individual to approach and then directing him to click photographs of the house. This sequence of events has triggered serious concerns and raised several unanswered questions about the motive behind the act.
The most pressing concern revolves around why the individual was hiding before being called. If the activity was legitimate, why there was a need for secrecy or concealment.
Another major question is whether the suspect was authorised to take the photographs and who permitted the activity.
