STUDENTS OF LYALLPUR KHALSA COLLEGE WON MEDALS IN THE KHEDAN WATAN PUNJAB DIYA

The students of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, the premier educational institution of North India, won medals in the 'Khedan Watan Punjab Diya-2022' held at PAP Jalandhar.

STUDENTS OF LYALLPUR KHALSA COLLEGE WON MEDALS IN THE KHEDAN WATAN PUNJAB DIYA

Jalandhar: The students of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, the premier educational institution of North India, won medals in the 'Khedan Watan Punjab Diya-2022' held at PAP Jalandhar. In these games held from October 18, 2022 to October 28, 2022, Amritpal Singh, a BA first semester student of the college, bagged the gold medal in the 25 meter sports pistol by securing the top rank. Uday Singh Thakur, a student of BA Semester 3 of the college also bagged the bronze medal in 10m air rifle shooting. 

Speaking on the occasion, college Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra congratulated the winning sportsmen and said that the College Governing Council is always committed to provide the best sports facilities to the students. Congratulating the students as well as the sports department and Rajwinder Kaur shooting coach of the college, Dr. Samra motivated the students to continue working hard and keep the college's flag high in the sports world. 

Dr. S.S. Bains Dean Sports said that our aim is to produce good sportsmen and also to give life guidance to the students so that they become good sportsmen as well as good citizens and brighten the name of the country. Prof. Hariom Verma and Amrit Lal Saini were also present on this occasion.
