Students of Deaf School outshine in 12th and 10th results

Every child deserves the chance to shine at school, and deaf children are no exception. This year students of ‘School for the deaf children, located on Hambran Road near BVM School’ outshined in 12th and 10th results and brought laurels to the school with 100% performance.

Ludhiana, July 13, 2022: Every child deserves the chance to shine at school, and deaf children are no exception. This year students of ‘School for the deaf children, located on Hambran Road near BVM School’ outshined in 12th and 10th results and brought laurels to the school with 100% performance.

Navjot Kaur topped in 12th Humanities stream scoring 69.2%, Jaspreet Kaur secured 68.2 %, Harmanjot Kaur secured 67.8%, Aryan secured 67.6% and Vishal secured 67.4%. Navdeep Kaur secured first position in 10th with the score of 83%. The school timings are from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Affiliated with Punjab School Education Board, the school was established in 1971. It is run by The Ludhiana Educational Society. Today it is the best deaf school of Ludhiana, which provides multidimensional education to the deaf students from Nursery to Class 12th. It has 150 students and 15 teachers at present. Beside formal education school also has provision of vocational training for better employment opportunities for the child later. 

Management Member and Principal of the school, appreciated the efforts and congratulated the students and wished them success in life and highlighted that this wonderful performance of these students proved that, physical disability cannot be a barrier in the path of success.

Many Philanthropists keep helping the school and adopting the education of some children from time to time as some of the children need to be supported.
