Students of CMC Performing the Musical: Aladdin, people appreciating the performance

Ludhiana, March 24, 2017: Aladdin: The Musical, the 22nd production of the Music & Theatre Workshop, CMC Ludhiana, is being staged in Guru Nanak Dev Bhawan from 23rd to 25th March. The Patron Dr.Abraham G.Thomas appreciated the efforts put up by the students and congratulated them for a wonderful show. The show was housefull and the crowd was overwhelmed and mesmerized by the acting, the wonderfully choreographed dances, the majestic sets, props and costumes and beautifully harmonized compositions.
A total of 200 students took part in this grand show and designed the costumes, made the props, played live music, sang in unision and even did the make up for the actors. The cast direction is by Jurgen Jacob, while the music is by Niyah Syam and Rickson. The amazing props have been created by Ojus Bhanot and Leah Susan. The main roles are played by Jurgen, Saira Dayal, Jayant, Srishti, Ewan and Stephen Jude as the Genie.
The faculty in charge Dr Nitin Batra stated that the enthusiasm and efforts of these talented students in collecting a fund for patients belonging to the economically weaker section of society is indeed laudable.
