Stop Unscheduled Power Cuts: FICO Demands Action from PSPCL

Ludhiana, April 22, 2026: Gurmeet Singh Kular, President of FICO (Federation of Industrial & Commercial Organization), along with Manjinder Singh Sachdeva, General Secretary, demanded the immediate resolution of unscheduled power cuts affecting the industrial sector from PSPCL.
They said that power is one of the major raw materials for industry, and the quality of power ensures optimum production. It has been observed that frequent power tripping is occurring in industrial areas. Additionally, the quality of the power being supplied to the industry is very poor, with voltage fluctuations and multiple unscheduled power cuts being reported. They requested that good-quality and uninterrupted power supply be ensured for the industry.
