Mumbai (Anil Bedag): The lush green valleys of Karjat, Maharashtra, witnessed a spectacular blend of glamour and real estate as the grand launch of the 92-acre Neelkanth Valley township project took place in the presence of celebrated stars. Actor Faisal Khan and popular television actress Sara Khan were the main highlights of the evening, drawing cheers and excitement from the audience.
The ceremony commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ritual, adding a touch of cultural elegance to the event. Senior Delhi BJP leader Kamal Chib graced the occasion and was honored with a statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, symbolizing pride and heritage.
The atmosphere transformed into a celebration the moment Faisal Khan took the stage. His energetic performance on the iconic song “Aati Kya Khandala” had the crowd swaying and singing along. Soon after, Sara Khan captivated the audience with her graceful dance performances on her popular tracks, elevating the glamour quotient of the evening. Singer Madan Shukla enthralled guests with evergreen melodies, while comedian VIP entertained the crowd with spot-on mimicry of nearly 60 artists, earning roaring applause.
The first phase of Neelkanth Valley is being developed across approximately 7 acres and will feature luxury villas, an artificial lake, a private club, and a swimming pool among other premium amenities. Interestingly, a few artists present at the event also expressed interest in acquiring plots in the township—an encouraging sign of the project’s appeal.
With Karjat’s serene natural beauty as its backdrop and the sparkle of stardom enhancing the evening, the launch of Neelkanth Valley marks not just the unveiling of a residential project, but a significant milestone in the region’s rapidly growing real estate landscape.
