When I hit that yoga mat, I find this incredible sense of calm and connection that helps me tackle anything that comes my way. It's a gentle reminder that caring for ourselves is non-negotiable, even when we're crazy busy. Even after a hectic shoot schedule for Vanshaj, I make it a point to find time to do yoga daily.”

Sumeet Raghavan who plays Rajesh Wagle on Sony SAB’s Wagle Ki Duniya, “Yoga and meditation have been my go-to form of relaxation for a long time. Along with playing the harmonium, I also find it extremely calming to sit and meditate after and before a long day. Along with its physical benefits, yoga is also great for you mentally. Be it unwinding from a hectic schedule or starting a day with some surya namaskars, I look forward to my time on the mat. It’s a great way to stay fit and happy.”

Kaveri Priyam who plays Amrita Brar on Sony SAB’s Dil Diyaan Gallaan, “I am a huge yoga lover. Come may whatever I ensure to do at least 30 minutes of yoga practice in a day. It’s good for the mind, body, and soul and allows me to step back and reflect on how I’m feeling. Even meditation for that matter, rejuvenates me and allows me to let go of everything overwhelming and unpleasant. This yoga day, we must all promise ourselves to take time out of our busy schedules and focus on our physical and mental well-being.”
