Kochi: Better Never Stops, a new book by veteran banker and former Managing Director & CEO of Federal Bank, Shyam Srinivasan, was launched in Kochi. The book captures key leadership lessons, strategic insights, and management experiences from Srinivasan’s distinguished career spanning over three decades across leading global and Indian financial institutions, including Standard Chartered, Citibank, and Federal Bank.
Drawing on his extensive experience in steering organisational transformation, navigating market disruptions, and driving sustainable growth, Srinivasan reflects on the principles that shaped his leadership journey.
