He has made a strategic investment in Singapore-headquartered AI-native talent mobility company Manifest Global. The company works across more than 150 countries and helps around 500,000 students every year connect with education and career opportunities.
Shreyas Iyer believes that India has no shortage of talent or ambition, but providing young people with the right guidance at the right time remains a major challenge. He said, “India has the world’s largest youth population and there is no shortage of talent. What is needed is the right direction and guidance at the right time.”
Recalling his own journey, Iyer added, “Someone believed in me when I hadn’t achieved anything yet. Every child needs someone like that, but most children don’t get that opportunity.” Rohan Pasari, Founder and CEO of Manifest Global, said, “Every student has ambition, and every country needs talent to move forward.
