Sat Paul Mittal School organised School Leaders Summit 2022

Ludhiana, December 26, 2022: Sat Paul Mittal School organized School Leaders Summit 2022 for the Principals. Bhupinder Gogia, Principal, Sat Paul Mittal School welcomed all the participants from the leading schools of Ludhiana. The objective of the Summit was to discuss imminent changes in management framework and innovation practices in education.

Meenakshi Uberoi, the founder CEO of De Pedagogics, Microsoft Global Training Partner was the resource person. Ms. Meenakshi discussed about Leadership in the modern workplace, challenges and opportunities in education transformation. She also apprised the participants about Microsoft Education Transformation Framework which is a holistic and effective guide for education leaders to navigate the complexity of transformation, envision what’s possible, and develop a strategy to achieve it. The resource person focused on the various strategies to prepare teachers and students for the upcoming technological transformation. She shared different ways to equip and assist them in creating innovative, challenging and enriching classroom environments that are conducive to students becoming life-long learners. All the strategies discussed were focused on combating with ‘change’ and have a smooth transition by using futuristic Microsoft technologies.

Bhupinder Gogia, Principal, Sat Paul Mittal School proposed a vote of thanks and thanked all for attending the School Leaders’ Summit and for sharing valuable words. Indeed, it was a thought provoking workshop for the Principals who expressed their delight on being a part of this Summit.
