Roots Developers Organises Free Medical Camp to Promote Preventive Healthcare Among Workforce
Comprehensive Health Check-ups and Awareness Sessions Conducted for Employees and On-Site Workforce
Gurugram, March 25, 2026: Reinforcing its commitment to employee welfare and community well-being, Roots Developers successfully organized a free medical camp on 25th March at their site Roots Courtyard-2, sector-95A conducted between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, the initiative catered to both employees and on-site labour, benefiting approximately 80-100 individuals.
The camp focused not only on basic health check-ups but also on spreading awareness around preventive healthcare. Informative sessions on health & hygiene and nutrition, with a special focus on anaemia awareness, were conducted to educate attendees on maintaining better health in their daily lives.
As part of the initiative, a wide range of complimentary health services were provided, including blood pressure monitoring, random blood sugar (RBS) testing, and haemoglobin (HB) tests to detect anaemia. In addition, specialized diagnostic services such as ECG, pulmonary function tests (PFT), and chest X-rays were made available based on doctors’ recommendations. Attendees also had access to consultations with experienced general physicians, ensuring proper guidance and follow-up advice.
The medical camp witnessed active participation and was well-received by both staff and labour, highlighting the importance of accessible healthcare at the workplace. Through this initiative, Roots Developers aimed to encourage early detection of health issues while fostering a culture of health consciousness and care.
