Rohtak Advocates meet with the CJI under the leadership of Dr. Vijender Ahlawat
A delegation of office bearers of the District Bar Association, Rohtak, led by Dr. Vijender Singh Ahlawat, member and former chairman of the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana; and Deepak Hooda, President of the District Bar Association, Rohtak, met with the Chief Justice of India, Hon'ble Justice Surya Kant, at his official residence in Delhi.
Rohtak, January 5, 2026: A delegation of office bearers of the District Bar Association, Rohtak, led by Dr. Vijender Singh Ahlawat, member and former chairman of the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana; and Deepak Hooda, President of the District Bar Association, Rohtak, met with the Chief Justice of India, Hon'ble Justice Surya Kant, at his official residence in Delhi.
The delegation formally invited the Hon'ble Chief Justice of India to visit the 137-year-old historic District Bar Association, Rohtak. The District President said that the Hon'ble CJI expressed his emotional attachment to Rohtak and assured them that he would visit the Bar Association, Rohtak soon. The delegation included Vice President Ajay Ohlan, General Secretary Rajkaran Panghal, Joint Secretary Dimple, Library In-charge Anil Kumar, Chairman of the Enrollment Committee Surender Laura, and Executive Committee member Anil Sharma.
