Adversity Quotient ( AQ)
Amitabh Bachchan is the best example
Who, in this world, has not faced adversities in life? Adversities or critical situations come to everybody's life. It's only during this period that we come to know who is our well wisher?
I think, all of us know about IQ ( Intelligence Quotient). IQ is a total score derived from several standardized tests designed to assess human intelligence. Like IQ, there is an AQ ( Adversity Quotient), the term designed by Paul Stoltz in 1997 in his book, Adversity Quotient: Turning Obstacles Into Opportunities. AQ is a score that measures the ability of a person to deal with adversities. To qualify AO, Stoltz developed an assessment method called Adversity Response Profile ( ARP).
Amitabh Bachchan is the best example who did not let the adversities to snatch the crown of Shaheshah of Bollywood from him.
It is debated , Thomas Alva Edison, whose inventions had a widespread impact on the technologies, failed 10000 times before he created the bulb.
So improve your AQ and turn obstacles in opportunities.
