PU Sociology Students Gain Cultural Insight Through Educational Museum Visit

Chandigarh, March 19, 2026: The Department of Sociology, Centre for Distance and Online Education, Panjab University, Chandigarh, organised an educational visit for MA Sociology students to the museums of the Department of Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology and the Department of Art History and Visual Arts.
The visit, guided by Dr Rajni Jassal, Coordinator of the Department of Sociology, Dr Reena Rani Chaudhary, and Prof. Madhurima Verma, provided ++enriching exposure to art, culture, and history. The Department thanks Professor Harsh Gandhar and Professor Geeta Bansal for their support.
