Prof. Passi remembered by PU

Chandigarh, October 26, 2021: The Department of Mathematics, Panjab University, Chandigarh held a memorial webinar today in honour of Prof. I B S Passi, who passed away on 2nd October, 2021. 
Three expert talks related to the work of Prof. I B S Passi were given by  Prof. A W Hales, University of California, U.S.A., Prof. Dipendra Prasad, IIT, Bombay and Prof. Leo Margolis, Institute of Mathematical Sciences, Madrid, Spain. 
Besides this several friends, collaborators, colleagues and students like Prof. Ajit Iqbal Singh, Prof. Ravi Kularni, Prof. Sudesh Kaur Khanduja, Prof. S D Adhikari, Prof. Satish C Bhatnagar, Prof. Ravi Rao, Prof. Jugal Verma, Dr. Manoj Yadav, Dr. Sugandha Maheshwary, Prof. Radha Kessar, Prof. Premjit Singh, Prof. Vanita Verma and others shared  their memories of Prof. I B S Passi. The webinar was attended by more than 100 academicians from various countries like Britain, USA, Russia, etc.
