No serious efforts are visible to recognise and remember the talented persons responsible for development and growth of printing. In the absence of bestowing the due honour to the deserving, the society is taken over by unscrupulous elements. He further added that today we can notice how talented, and selfless working people are being ignored and that society is caught up in this vicious circle. It is a most humble effort of OPA to recognize the talent of the most deserving persons of print society.
