Ludhiana, September 11, 2026: The PG Department of Music Vocal, Ramgarhia Girls College under the aegis of Principal Dr.Ajit Kaur organised an extension lecture by Dr. Vivek Verma, a renowned academician and Administrative Incharge, Department of Music, Panjab University, Chandigarh who addressed the students on the theme “Innovation and Creativity in Music.”
Dr. Charanjit Kaur, Head, PG Department of Music Vocal extended a warm welcome to the distinguished guest. The session provided students with an enriching opportunity to gain deeper insights into the field of music and to benefit from the expertise and experience of an accomplished vocalist.
Dr. Verma engaged the students through his scholarly perspective and practical understanding of music, making the lecture both stimulating and valuable for the learners. Principal Dr. Ajit Kaur appreciated the efforts of Dr. Charanjit Kaur for organising the extension lecture and providing students with opportunities to interact with distinguished personalities from the field of music.
