Jalandhar, March 30, 2023: The Department of Psychology in collaboration with the Department of Physical Education of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar organized a meditation session.
Manpreet, Assistant Professor, Department of Physical Education gave instructions and Deepika Gupta, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology explained the benefits of meditation on overall physical and mental health. Almost forty-three students participated in the various asanas and enjoyed the laughter therapy in the end.
President Naresh Kumar Budhia, Senior Vice President Shri Vinod Dada, the other honourable members of the Managing Committee and the Principal Prof.Dr. Pooja Prashar appreciated the efforts of both the Departments in organizing such activity for the overall development of the students.
