PAU alumnus and senior agricultural research officer commends PAU's Social History Museum

Ludhiana, January 12, 2024: In a momentous visit to Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana, Dr Harmohinder Singh Dhammu, a distinguished Research Officer at the Department of Agriculture and Food, Western Australia, received a warm welcome from Dr Tejinder Singh Riar, the Additional Director of Communication (ADC) at PAU and felicitated with PAU souvenirs by Dr Riar, recognizing his significant contributions to the field of agriculture. The highlight of the visit was Dr Dhammu's exploration of PAU's Museum of Social History of Punjab.

Expressing his admiration for the museum, Dr Dhammu remarked that it stands as a remarkable legacy for future generations, offering a captivating glimpse into the social fabric of ancient rural Punjab. He underscored the importance of preserving and showcasing the region's rich cultural heritage for educational and inspirational purposes.
